EDIT - Ibanez has finally seen the need for their printed material as the valuable resource it is for all Ibanez owners and aficionados. Now available on the JP site is the complete collection of printed material from the 70's to current which has made all of the partial internet catalog resources now redundant. It does not include the German catalogs but they are already available on the Meinl site. What is still missing is the Japanese catalogs which would document home market and J Custom models, hopefully they're just not finished, but a MAJOR CONGRATULATIONS and THANKS needs to go out to Ibanez for finally putting this valuable resource online.
Complete worldwide catalog library.
Ibanez took down the worldwide library and scattered the catalogs onto relevant Ibanez country sites. To see the catalogs for your country go to your Ibanez site / Support / Catalogs, if all the sites are consistent.
There is another resource for early catalogs here.
These catalogs are reproduced here strictly as an online resource. Please do not hotlink any pages from this section as they are all extremely large files.
For catalogs prior to 1978 please visit the Ibanez Euro site.
Meinl, the German distributor, has probably the largest online resource of catalogs. They are the Euro catalogs but they are complete including all Bass and Acoustic catalogs. They can be found on the Meinl site here.
There is also a new Ibanez Wiki site in the works that should prove to be very useful. I'll post the URL when it's closer to launch.
A HUGE THANKS goes out to Iain for picking up the challenge [massive workload] to scan and photoshop another 250 pages!! He even had the nads to take another THICKER batch with him!! Glutton for punishment I say, but he's got a super fast scanner and is the "Batch Master" in Photoshop so he's the right guy for the job. Let's see how far he gets before he burns out like I did! [he didn't get far, Iain, I'd like to get those catalogs back sometime ;)]
